TECHNICAL DATA www.DataSheet4U.com KK74ACT153 Dual 4-Input Data Selector/Multiplexer High-Speed Silicon-Gate CMOS The KK74ACT153 is identical in pinout to the LS/ALS153, HC/HCT153. The KK74ACT153 may be used as a level converter for interfacing TTL or NMOS outputs to High Speed CMOS inputs. The Address Inputs select one of four Data Inputs from each multiplexer. Each multiplexer has an active-low Strobe control and a noninverting output. • TTL/NMOS Compatible Input Levels • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL • Operating Voltage Range: 4.5 to 5.5 V • Low Input Current: 1.0 µA; 0.
