APHBM2012PBASURKC Overview
The Blue source color devices are made with InGaN on SiC Light Emitting Diode. The Hyper Red source color devices are made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate Light Emitting Diode. Static electricity and surge damage the LEDS.
