Leadtrend LD6991

The LD6991/A is an ultra low quiescent micropower linear regulator with voltage detector circuit. For regulator circuit, the precision of feedback reference voltage is within ±2% and output current is up to 90mA. For voltage detector circuit, the reset threshold voltage accuracy is within ±2% and the reset time period is adjustable by an external capacitor.
