LD6991A Description
The LD6991/A is an ultra low quiescent micropower linear regulator with voltage detector circuit. For regulator circuit, the precision of feedback reference voltage is within ±2% and output current is up to 90mA. As well, it can be stable with 1uF output capacitor which reduces the board space and cost.
