MP2130 High Efficiency, 3.5A, 6V, 1.2MHz Synchronous Step-Down Converter in an The Future of Analog IC Technology Ultra–Small QFN12 (2x2mm) Package R DESCRIPTION The MP2130 is a monolithic step-down switch O mode converter with built-in internal power MOSFETs. It achieves 3.5A continuous output F current from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage with excellent load and line regulation. The MP2130 is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs D from a single cell Lithium-Ion (Li+) Battery. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. E The Constant-On-time (COT) control scheme provides fast transient response high light-load D efficiency and easy loop stabilization. N S 4 Fault condition protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdown.
