DESCRIPTION
The MP5491 integrates four high-accuracy current sources for laser diodes (LDs), which makes this device well-suited for the transmitter optical subassembly (TOSA) of quad, small form-factor pluggable (QSFP) optical modules.
The device integrates 6-channel GPO outputs. These outputs status can be configured via the I2C interface.
The MP5491 requires a minimal number of external ponents, and it is available in a space-saving WLCSP-36 (3mmx4.25mm) package.
