MP6612D Overview
The MP6612 and MP6612D are H-bridge motor drivers used for driving reversible motors, which can drive a DC motor, or the winding of a stepper motor or other loads. The H-bridge consists of four N-channel power MOSFETs and an internal charge pump to generate the required gate-drive voltages. For the MP6612, control of the outputs is acplished through the IN1 and IN2 pins.
