MP6615 Overview
The MP6615 is an H-bridge DC motor driver with a full bridge consisting of four N-channel power MOSFETs. The device also integrates pre-drivers, gate driver power supplies, and current-sense amplifiers. The MP6615 provides 11mΩ MOSFETs at 25°C and can deliver up to 8A of continuous output current (IOUT), depending on the thermal and PCB layout.
