MPQ2167GD Overview
The MPQ2167 is a frequency programmable (300kHz to 2.2MHz) synchronous step-down converter. It can achieve up to 4A continuous output current with peak current control for excellent transient response and efficiency performance. The MPQ2167 operates from a 2.7V to 6.0V input range and generates an output voltage as low as 0.606V.
