MPQ2167A Description
The MPQ2167A is a frequency-configurable (300kHz to 2.2MHz), synchronous step-down converter. It can achieve up to 6A of continuous output current with peak current control for excellent transient response and efficiency performance. The MPQ2167A operates from a 2.7V to 6.0V input range and generates an output voltage as low as 0.606V.
