The MPQ4326/4326J is a configurablefrequency (200kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous, step-down switching regulator with an integrated, internal high-side MOSFET (HS-FET) and low-side MOSFET (LS-FET).

The device provides up to 6A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with peak current mode control.

DESCRIPTION The MPQ4326/4326J is a configurablefrequency (200kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous, step-down switching regulator with an integrated, internal high-side MOSFET (HS-FET) and low-side MOSFET (LS-FET). The device provides up to 6A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with peak current mode control. The MPQ4326/4326J can maintain a regulated output voltage (VOUT) across a wide input voltage (VIN) up to 36V. It provides a load dump tolerance up to 42V via the input over-voltage protection (OVP). A 1μA quiescent current (IQ) in shutdown mode allows the device to be used in batterypowered applications.
