General Description

The MPQ4573 is a fully integrated, fixedfrequency, synchronous step-down converter.

It can achieve up to 2.5A of continuous output current with peak current control for excellent transient response.

MPQ4573 60V, 2.5A, Fully Integrated, High-Efficiency, Synchronous Step-Down Converter, AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION The MPQ4573 is a fully integrated, fixedfrequency, synchronous step-down converter. It can achieve up to 2.5A of continuous output current with peak current control for excellent transient response. The wide 4.5V to 60V input voltage range accommodates a variety of step-down applications in an automotive input environment. The device’s 2μA shutdown current makes it ideal for battery-powered applications. The MPQ4573’s integrated internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs (HS-FET and LSFET, respectively) provide high efficiency without the need for an external Schottky diode.
