MPQ6612A-D Overview

The MPQ6612A and MPQ6612A-D are H-bridge motor drivers used for driving reversible motors, which can drive one DC motor, one winding of a stepper motor, or other loads. The H-bridge consists of four N-channel power MOSFET, and an internal charge pump that generates the required gate-drive voltages. For the MPQ6612A, control of the outputs is acplished through the IN1 and IN2 pins.
