MPQ8633BGLE Overview
The MPQ8633B is a fully integrated, highfrequency, synchronous, buck converter. It offers a very pact solution that achieves up to 20A of output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. The MPQ8633B operates at high efficiency over a wide output current load range.
