The MAX71314/MAX71315 integrate dual 32-bit processors for demanding single-phase metering applications with 256kB flash (MAX71315) or 128kB flash (MAX71314), 12kB RAM, and a single-cycle 32 x 32 + 64 multiplier.

The user processor (MPU) is a 32-bit MAXQ®30 core.
