With integrated the main MOSFET, the MK9118 delivers up to 3A output current. The MK9118 adopts a constant on-time (COT) control architecture to achieve excellent transient response. MK9118 integrated a 3.3V fixed output LDO, which could deliver up to 50mA output current.
