The SAMRH707 is a high-performance microcontroller based on the 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 RISC (5.04 CoreMark/MHz) processor with Floating Point Unit (FPU).

- Embedded Trace Module (ETM) with instruction trace stream, including Trace Port Interface Unit (TPIU)
- Memories - 128 Kbytes embedded Flash with built-in ECC (up to two errors correction)
- 128 Kbytes ROM with bootloader software pre-installed
