Description
A Frequency Linear Tuning Varactor (FLTVAR)TM is a silicon epitaxial mesa device, designed to provide wideband Linear Tuning in VCO and filter applications. These diodes feature thermal oxide passivation for high reliability, low leakage current, and very low surface noise.
