DESCRIPTION
FU-319SPP-CV6 is In Ga As pin photodiode module with Ga As preamplifier, designed for use in highspeed, long haul optical munication systems. The coaxial package contains an In Ga As pin photodiode coupled with single-mode fiber pigtail and Ga As preamplifier. FEATURES

- Selectable single power supply voltage (+5V or 5.2V). (In Ga As pin photodiode and Ga As preamplifier are isolated from the case.)
