M37281EKSP Overview
Description
The M37281MAH–XXXSP, M37281MFH–XXXSP and M37281MKHXXXSP are single-chip microcomputers designed with CMOS silicon gate technology. They have a OSD function and a data slicer function, so it is useful for a channel selection system for TV with a closed caption decoder.
