M37281MKH-XXXSP Description
The M37281MAH XXXSP, M37281MFH XXXSP and M37281MKHXXXSP are single-chip microputers designed with CMOS silicon gate technology. They have a OSD function and a data slicer function, so it is useful for a channel selection system for TV with a closed caption decoder. The feautures of the M37281EKSP is similar to those of the M37281MKH-XXXSP except that the chip has a built-in PROM which can be written electrically.
