UPC29M05A Overview
Description
The µPC29M33A, µPC29M05A of low dropout voltage three terminal positive regulators is constructed with PNP output transistor. The µPC29M33A, µPC29M05A feature the ability to source 0.5 A of output current with a low dropout voltage of typically 0.5 V.
