DATA SHEET BIPOLAR ANALOG INTEGRATED CIRCUIT µPC29M00 Series THREE TERMINAL LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR The µ PC29M00 series of low dropout voltage three terminal positive regulators is constructed with PNP output transistor. The µ PC29M00 series feature the ability to source 0.5 A of output current with a low dropout voltage of typically 0.5 V. The power dissipation of the µ PC29M00 series can be drastically reduced pared with the conventional three terminal positive voltage regulators that is constructed with NPN output transistor.
