DATA SHEET MOS Integrated Circuit µPD78P322 16/8-BIT SINGLE-CHIP MICROCONTROLLER The µPD78P322 is a version provided by replacing the µPD75322's internal mask ROM with one-time PROM or EPROM. Because the one-time PROM version is programmable only once by users, it is ideally suited for small-scale production of many different products, and rapid development and time-to-market of application sets. The EPROM version is reprogrammable, and suited for the evaluation of systems. The µPD78P322K, which is the EPROM version, does not maintain planned reliability when used in mass-produced products. Please use only experimentally or for evaluating functions during trial manufacture. Functions are described in detail in the following user's manual. Be sure to read it for designing.
