Overview: DATA SHEET MOS Integrated Circuit µPD78P328 16/8-BIT SINGLE-CHIP MICROCONTROLLER The µ PD78P328 is a product provided by replacing the µ PD75328's internal mask ROM with one-time PROM or EPROM. The one-time PROM version is programmable only once and is useful for small-lot production of many different products and early development and time-to-market of application sets. The EPROM version is reprogrammable, and suited for the evaluation of systems. Functions are described in detail in the following user's manual. Be sure to read it before designing.
