12 is a brushed-DC motor H-bridge driver for Automotive VCU/OBC charger inlet locking, and industrial market including printer, appliance, robotics or other small machines application. Two logic inputs control the H-bridge driver consisted of four N-channel MOSFETs. The device can control motors bidirectionally with up to 3.6A peak current. The input can be PWM modulated to control motor speed using current chopping method. The device enters sleep mode with low quiescent with both inputs IN1, IN2 low.
