Description
The NTE3223-1, NTE3223-2 and NTE3223-3 are a series of optically coupled isolators which consist of GaAs light emitting diodes and NPN silicon photo transmitters in space efficient dual-in-line plastic packages. The NTE3223-1 comes in a 4-Lead DIP type package with an NPN transistor output.
