The SSL2101 is a Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) controller IC that operates in bination with a phase cut dimmer directly from rectiﬁed mains.

It is designed to drive LED devices.

The device includes a high-voltage power switch and a circuit to allow start-up directly from the rectiﬁed mains voltage.
