DC6M503X6 Overview
The DC6M50xX6 family consists of highly efficient 6 MHz, 500 mA step-down DC-to-DC converters. The devices convert input voltages between 2.3 V and 5.5 V to fixed output voltages of 1.2 V, 1.5 V or 1.8 V. The devices of DC6M50xX6 family are optimized for battery-driven applications.
