The TDA5145 is a bipolar integrated circuit used to drive 3-phase brushless DC motors in full-wave mode.

Full-wave commutation (using push/pull drivers at the output stages) without position sensors.
Built-in start-up circuitry.
Three push-pull outputs:.

built-in current limiter.
soft-switching outputs for low Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).
