Zero dead time Class-D 7.5 A power parator The TDA8939 is a power parator designed for use in a high efficiency class-D audio power amplifier system. It contains power switches, drive logic, protection circuitry, bias circuitry and a fully differential input stage (parator). This device is optimized for applications in fully digital open-loop class-D audio systems (in bination with a digital PWM controller).
