The LM1886 is a TV video matrix D to A converter which encodes luminance and color difference signals from 3-bit red green and blue inputs The luminance output is encoded from the NTSC equation Y e 0 3R a 0 59G a 0 11B and the R-Y and B-Y outputs are weighted.
