Description
The COP888EK ROM based microcontrollers are highly integrated COP8™ Feature core devices with 8k memory and advanced features including a Multi-Input parator and Single-slope A/D capability. These single-chip CMOS devices are suited for applications requiring a full featured, low EMI controller with an analog parator, current source, and voltage reference. The COP87L88EK/RK Family devices are pin and software patible (different VCC range) 16k or 32k OTP (One Time Programmable) versions for preproduction, and for use with a range of COP8 software and hardware development tools.
