Overview: NJW4305A 3 PHASE BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLL IC ■ GENERAL.

General Description

The NJW4305A is a 3 phase brush less DC motor controller IC.

It uses hall element signal inputs and generates motor driving waveform.

Output pre-driver is optimized to work with external Power MOS transistor for better power handling.
