n PM1100 Product Specification v1.1 4445_367 v1.1 / 2022-06-09 n PM1100 n PM1100 is an integrated Power Management IC (PMIC) with a linear-mode lithium-ion/lithium-polymer battery charger in a pact 2.1x2.1 mm WLCSP package. It has a highly efficient DC/DC buck regulator with configurable dual mode output. n PM1100 is an extremely pact PMIC device, created for space constrained applications that have a small lithium-ion or lithium-polymer battery. It is patible with all n RF52 and n RF53 Series So Cs, supports charging batteries at up to 400 m A through USB, and delivers up to 150 m A of current to power external ponents with regulated voltage. A minimum of five passive ponents are required for operation. It is the perfect panion for n RF52 and n RF53 multiprotocol So Cs in battery powered designs and the device functions without a control interface. Low quiescent current (IQ) extends battery life for shipping and storage with Ship mode, or in operation using auto-controlled hysteretic buck mode for high efficiency down to 1 µA loads. Charge and error indication LED drivers are built in.
