MSM64162D is 4-Bit Microcontroller with Built-in RC Oscillation Type A/D Converter and LCD Driver manufactured by OKI Electric.
DESCRIPTION
The MSM64162D is a low power 4-bit microcontroller that employs Oki's original CPU core n X4/20. The MSM64162D has 1-channel RC oscillation type A/D converter, LCD driver for up to 80 segments, and buzzer output port. It is best suited for applications such as low power thermometers and clinical thermometers.
