The MSM64164C is a low power 4-bit microcontroller that employs Oki's original CPU core nX4/20. The MSM64164C is best suitable for applications such as low power, high precision thermometers and hygrometers. The MSM64P164 is a one-time-programmable ROM-version product having one-time PROM (OTP) as internal program memory.
