FAD6263 Description
The FAD6263 is a high voltage half bridge gate driver IC providing 2 plementary outputs for driving power MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half−bridge configuration. It uses the bootstrap technique to ensure a proper drive of the high−side power switch. The driver works with a single input.
