l bipolar/unipolar stepper motor driver with ultra-small micro step drive capability. Alternatively, it can be used to drive four DC motors independently. The device includes low RDS(ON) (upper + lower = 0.9Ω) type MOSFETs based quad H-bridges with gate drivers and can drive up to 1.5A per H-bridge. Synchronous rectification control is implemented for all H-bridges to lower power dissipation during a MOSFET switching. The device implements constant-current control using PWM at 125 kHz (typ.) switching frequency that enables the least noise motor drive solution.
