Octal 3-State Noninverting Buffer/Line Driver/Line Receiver High- Performance Silicon- Gate CMOS The MC74HC541A is identical in pinout to the LS541. The device inputs are patible with Standard CMOS outputs. External pull- up resistors make them patible with LSTTL outputs.
