The NCP176 is CMOS LDO regulator featuring 500 m A output current. The input voltage is as low as 1.4 V and the output voltage can be set from 0.7 V.

- Output Voltage Range: 0.7 to 3.6 V (0.1 V steps)
- Quiescent Current typ. 60 m A
- Low Dropout: 130 m V typ. at 500 m A, VOUT = 2.5 V
- High Output Voltage Accuracy ±0.8% (VOUT > 1.8 V)
- Stable with Small 1 m F Ceramic Capacitors
- Over- current Protection
- Built- in Soft Start Circuit to Suppress Inrush Current
