Overview: DATA SHEET .onsemi. 1.5 A, Very Low-Dropout (VLDO) Fast Transient Response Regulator Series NCP59150, NCV59150 Series The NCP59150 series are high precision, very low dropout (VLDO), low ground current positive voltage regulators that are capable of providing an output current in excess of 1.5 A with a typical dropout voltage lower than 300 mV at 1.5 A load current.
