Quad High-side Driver
The NCV760040 is an automotive grade integrated driver with four high- side switches. The device Features per- channel adjustable current limit and is protected for overtemperature conditions. Output control and diagnostic reporting is performed via I2C bus. Current sense data is provided through I2C in addition to a multiplexed analog current sense output pin. The NCV760040 is available in a QFNW20 3.5 x 3.5 mm step- cut package with wettable flanks and Features an exposed pad for optimal thermal performance.
