Description
NV25080LV, NV25160LV, NV25320LV, NV25640LV are a EEPROM Serial 8/16/32/64-Kb SPI Low Voltage Automotive Grade 1 devices internally organized as 1K/2K/4K/8Kx8 bits. It features a 32 byte page write buffer and supports the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol.
