Overview
The STK404-140N-E is a hybrid IC for the audio power amplifier that mounts discrete ponents as the audio power amplifier circuit in small space using the original Insulated Metal Substrate Technology IMST. The pact package has been achieved by adopting the low thermal resistance substrate (our conventional model kind ratio).
