NCP51460 Micropower Precision Voltage Reference 20 mA The NCP51460 is a high performance, low power precision voltage reference. This device bines very high accuracy, low power dissipation and small package size. It can supply output current up to 20 mA at a 3.3 V fixed output voltage with excellent line and load regulation characteristics making it ideal for precision regulator applications.
