OCH147
OCH147 is Bipolar Hall Effect Position Sensor manufactured by Orient Chip.
Description The OCH147 is an integrated Hall effect latched sensor designed for electronic mutation of brush-less DC motor applications. The device includes an on-chip Hall voltage generator for magnetic sensing, a parator that amplifiers the Hall voltage, and a Schmitt trigger to provide switching hysteresis for noise rejection, and integrated the pull-up resistor. An internal bandgap regulator is used to provide temperature pensated supply voltage for internal circuits and allows a wide operating supply range. To minimize the BOM cost, only one external ponent is needed to plete the application circuit. - Features - Wide operating voltage range: 3.8V~30V - Wide operating temperature range: -40°C ~+125°C - Reverse polarity protection - Integrated pull-up resistor - Package: SOT23-3L - Applications - Rotor Position Sensing - Brush-less DC Fan - Brush-less DC Motor -...
