Product Descrip on The PE42451 is a HaRP -enhanced absorp ve SP5T RF switch developed on the UltraCMOS® process technology. This general purpose switch is comprised of ﬁve symmetric RF ports and has very high isola on. An on-chip CMOS decode logic facilitates a three-pin low voltage CMOS control interface and an op onal external Vss feature (VssEXT). High ESD tolerance and no blocking capacitor requirements make this the ul mate in integra on and ruggedness. pSemi’s HaRP technology enhancements deliver high linearity and excep onal harmonics performance. It is an innova ve feature of the UltraCMOS® process. Figure 1.
