This device has the lowest QRR of any 600V Silicon diode. Its recovery characteristics increase efficiency, reduce EMI and eliminate snubbers. Applications Pin Assignment Power Factor Correction (PFC) Boost Diode Motor drive circuits DC-AC inverters.
