PSOT05ULC Description
The PSOT05ULC is an ultra low capacitance (typically 0.8p), transient voltage suppressor array. This device provides circuit protection for high-speed data transmission interfaces in wired and wireless puting and networking applications. The PSOT05ULC has a working voltage of 5V and offers protection in a SOT-23 package.
